A Credit Assessment (TPN) will be done, and applicants must have a Clear Credit Record (No judgement; No Adverse Rating, or under Debt Review). By completing the Application Form you give consent for DPPG to, in compliance with POPIA, contact, request, and obtain from, or provide to, any registered Credit Bureau or Credit Provider (or potential Credit Provider) seeking a Trade Reference regarding the Lessee’s dealings with the Lessor, to assess the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the Lessee/s at any time, acknowledging that you may revoke this authorisation & consent, in writing, except for the information already released as a result of this authorisation.
Only fully completed applications with all the required supporting documents and proof of application process fee payment will be processed and if approved, will receive the lease. Incomplete applications will unfortunately NOT be processed and will NOT secure an apartment.
